First post on the go

First time posting from my phone, so it's going slower, and maybe without pictures.
So, some time has passed since my last post.
Can't even remember what I wrote.. In any case, things are same same. Still in Singapore, got back to my previous job, living from weekend to weekend, dreaming of more.
Lately I've been giving some thought to career change. On top of starting a sort of online business, I've been looking into an old dream of mine, to become a pilot.
Not a cheap affair, but it never was.
When I think about it, aside from being an old dream, its also back to thrill chasing for me, as I find my life more boring than I intended.
Wish me luck!

Post flight, with Redbull

Back at Singapore, after an accumulated 16 hours flights (going to Europe from Israel, then doubling back to Singapore). Can't say it's a great experience..
And I love flights!

Maybe I'm growing softer as the time goes by. More spoiled? I don't know.

I still dream of going on long hikes, even if it means 20 hours on a plane and more than that on a bus.

Always loved good hotels, but my trips are more urban these days. I take responsibility though: it's up to me to plan a more adventurous, rural trip.

I feel like I let myself grow slack. not challenging my body, and not challenging my mind and soul.

Best way to deal with it is to set a plan and go with it.
Wish me luck!

Air Lines

I love traveling. When I used to travel in the past, the airline I chose was of no real consequence to me. As long as I got there in one piece, I was happy.
It's either my age that made me more picky or it might be that the quality of airline service that decreased with time. Either way, even big airlines have dissapointed me in my last flights. No matter if it was far off destinations, or shorter 2-5 hours flights.
Thing is, my choice of airline is limited more by the price than by anything else. I choose the cheaper ones, and I get lemons.
I hope that in my next flight I'll be able to use some frequent flyer miles to upgrade and have a more enjoyable experience.
Lacking Money sucks.

Off to Singapore - Tommorow!

Last day of packing before I head off to Singapore!

I managed to battle off a last minute fever and also a very sore neck is getting better. It would have sucked if I had to board a plane being feverish.. especially for a two-leg long flight.

Looking forward to see my girl and growing excited about our 3 week vacation together!

Now all I need is to figure out how I'll stuff all of the things into my suitcase :D

Oh, you're all invited to click on the photo to see it in all its full size glory :) I "borrowed" it from
Panoramio.

Goodbye for now!
